Apprenticeship Program Job Description

Realty Executives Plus Ltd. is looking for full time, commission only real estate agents who are NEW to the industry or struggling, to be a part of our increasingly successful Apprenticeship Program.The apprenticeship program provides agents the training, guidance and support necessary to run and grow a successful business. Along with the best training program, Apprentices are assigned a successful, professional agent that will mentor, educate and provide hands on experience in order for you to develop the skills and knowledge required for a lucrative career in Real Estate.

You must have your real estate license or be in school to obtain your real estate license.

Realty Executives Plus Ltd. and its experienced executives provide ongoing training and support at our Agent Success Centre, just across from Square One. In addition to learning one-on-one with our experienced professionals, you will be learning alongside other members of our growing apprenticeship program.

The Apprenticeship Program gets you connected with people right away! You will learn how to optimize your database of potential clients through our unique Digital Marketing programs and Professional Communication skills. The apprenticeship program has been proven to help agents build their own business and develop foundations and good habits to continue their success.

Requirements

• Real Estate License (Conferred up to 2023)
• Reliable transportation for commuting
• Must live in Toronto or Greater Toronto Area
• Eligibility to work in Canada
• Computer or laptop

What You Will Be Doing:

• Using our CRM system to interact with potential clients
• Participate in training to build upon your skills and increase your income
• Be punctual, motivated and ready to work for your success
• Always be communicating with clients and colleagues
• Market and hold an open house
• Negotiate a real estate contract on behalf of a home buyer
